What we send you after an online consultation, what it costs, and where we deliver.

After your online consultation, Dr. Jyothirlatha issues a prescription. The prescribed homeopathic pills are included in your consultation fee, and we dispatch them to you by courier.
Included in the consultation fee, and couriered free of charge: the prescribed homeopathic pills.
Billed separately, and not dispatched by us: tablets, ointments and creams, tonics, any other non-pill medicines, and any tests you are advised to have. You can have these filled at a pharmacy or laboratory of your choice.
There is no delivery charge for the included homeopathic pills. Courier cost anywhere in India is covered by the consultation fee; there is nothing further to pay on delivery, and no minimum order.
We deliver within India only. We do not ship medicines outside India, and we are unable to accept requests for international delivery.
Please give us a complete postal address, with a PIN code and a phone number the courier can reach. If an address is incomplete we will contact you before dispatch, which will delay delivery.
We usually dispatch the pills within 2 working days of your prescription being finalised. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location; remote areas can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees. We will confirm dispatch on WhatsApp.
If your parcel has not arrived and you would like us to check on it, contact us on WhatsApp, email with your name and the consultation date, and we will follow it up with the courier.
If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing something, or does not arrive at all, tell us as soon as you notice. Contact us with your name, the consultation date, and a photograph if the packaging was damaged. We will look into it and put it right.
For reasons of safety and authenticity, dispensed medicines cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. This does not affect anything you are entitled to under our Refund Policy, which covers the consultation fee.
If you need to change your delivery address, tell us before dispatch. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier we cannot redirect it.
Prescribed homeopathic pills are included in the consultation fee, and are couriered free of charge anywhere in India. Tablets, ointments and creams, tonics, other non-pill medicines, and any tests are billed separately and are not part of the consultation fee.
